A handful of people who each own a whole area. You will ship things users notice in your first month.
Remote, UK hours
We work from wherever we are productive and overlap on UK daytime. We meet in person a few times a year.
Own the stack
Model training, serving, product and infrastructure all live in one repository and one team.
Write things down
Decisions are documented and discussed asynchronously. Meetings are for the things writing cannot do.
